I give permission to Family Law CASA of King County (“Family Law CASA”) and its staff, board, and media partners to take photos, videos, and/or audio recordings of me (and any minor(s) under my parentage or guardianship, if applicable). I understand that this consent will last forever or until I provide written notice to withdraw it.


I understand that Family Law CASA may use these photos, videos, and recordings in marketing and education materials. This includes, but is not limited to, advertisements, videos, websites, blogs, emails, presentations, newsletters, and news releases. I agree to the use of these images and recordings without receiving any payment for myself (or any minor(s) under my parentage or guardianship, if applicable) unless a separate contract is negotiated.


I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice (email or physical letter) to Family Law CASA. If consent is revoked, Family Law CASA will have five business days to remove the media where applicable.


All photos, videos, and audio recordings taken will be the property of Family Law CASA.
