The Important Details

Volunteers play a key role in creating a positive guest experience at the 2026 Together for Tomorrow Luncheon. The time commitment will start at 10:15AM on Friday, March 27, 2026 at the Westin in downtown Seattle. Volunteers are invited to stay for lunch. The program concludes by 1:00PM.

There are three stations for volunteer support: the welcome team, guest registration, and our new storytelling exhibit. All stations will have a mini orientation before guests arrive.

Groups are welcome to volunteer together. Please let us know if you’re coming with friends in the sign up form below. For large groups, please contact Erica Lee, Development Director, at [email protected].

Guest Registration

Check-in guests. Help find their name badges, and locate their table seating.

Welcome Team

Greet guests as they arrive to the hotel, and direct them to the ballroom.

Storytelling Exhibit

Hand guests headphones as they enter the exhibit and monitor the flow of traffic.
