When is the Luncheon? Where Will It Be?

The 2024 Together for Tomorrow will be on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Hyatt Regency Seattle (808 Howell St, Seattle) in the Elwha Ballroom (5th Floor).

Check-in will open at 11:30AM with seating beginning at 11:45AM. Our program will start promptly at 12:10PM, and we’ll have you on your way by 1:00PM.

We ask that you find your seat by 12:00PM.

Hot coffee/tea and iced tea will be available prior to the program.

Where Can I Park? What Are My Other Transportation Options?

Limited self-parking at the Hyatt Regency Seattle is available on a first come, first serve basis. The garage can be accessed on either 8th or 9th Street. The Hyatt parking garage may be full of overnight guests – please plan to park within walking distance. There are several parking lots nearby:

Taxi, Uber, Lyft or other rideshare options will drop-off at the main driveway of the hotel via Howell St between 8th and 9th Avenue. Taxi cabs are stationed on the 3rd floor of the garage on the north and south curb.
Exit the train at Westlake Station. The Hyatt is located two blocks northeast of the station at 8th and Howell.
Valet will NOT be available for this event.

Who is the Featured Speaker?

Malou Chávez is the first Immigrant Woman of Color to serve as Executive Director of Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP). Chávez’s personal experience as an immigrant to the U.S. fuels her unwavering passion for working for immigrant justice. Chávez earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, before receiving her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.

Is This a Fundraiser?

Yes – though tickets are free we are hoping that you will be inspired to donate on the day of the event as this is Family Law CASA’s only large fundraiser of the year. You will be able to donate in several ways including online, check and through your donor-advised fund (DAF). Checks payable to Family Law CASA.

What Is For Lunch?

The Hyatt will serve an appetizer of organic greens, Granny Smith apples, dried cherries, candied pecans with a champagne vinaigrette. The entree will be citrus & herb grilled chicken salad with strawberry vinaigrette. All meals will include bread service and iced tea.

What About My Dietary Request?

We will offer an alternative that will cover gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan and kosher meal requests.

A card designating your alternate meal will be included with your nametag when you pick it up at the beginning of the event. Please place it on the table at your seat so the wait staff are aware for serving purposes.
